Ksenia Solo was born 1987 in Latvia. In 1990 her parents moved with her to Canada. She wanted to become an actress and a ballerina. Due to a back injury she had to give up her dream of becoming a ballerina at the age of 14. She was the only person ever to win the Gemini Awards two years in a row in 2005 and 2006.
She has become a very successful actress, her most famous roles are as Veronica in the movie "Black Swan", Irina in the tv series "Nikita" and of course Kenzi in the canadian hit show "Lost Girl"
