Trivia

Greg is the current on-camera spokesperson for TV Land, appearing as the baby-boomer gen "Dad" who's seated on a sofa between "Grandfather" and "Kid." The spots, eight in all, humorously depict the gaps among the three generations.

Greg originated the role of "André Thibault" in the Broadway hit musical comedy "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" at the Imperial Theatre. He performed the role, not only from the show's opening night on Broadway (March 3, 2005), but also in previews, and prior to that, at the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego. His last performance in the show was on July 23, 2006.

Before portraying neighbors on TV's "Grounded for Life," Gregory Jbara and Lynsey Bartilson worked together in staged readings of "Paper Moon." Greg played "Moze" and Lynsey played "Addie" in the January 1999 readings of the play in Los Angeles.
