In the city that never sleeps, owning a moving business is loaded with stress. Expensive objects, tough customers, inevitable traffic and impossible parking make moving in the Big Apple a force to be reckoned with. However, no matter how bizarre or challenging the move, the Santini Brothers are the guys New Yorkers want to call. Owners George and Joe Sr. have dedicated their lives to the family business and as they approach their golden years they're looking to pass the torch down to their sons Nick and Joe Jr. - but is the next generation ready?

The boys have just rejoined the business, so to retrain them George and Joe Sr. are taking them on some of their strangest moves - from moving pythons to pianos to antique suits of armor - they're not going to make anything easy. Family businesses are the backbone of America, but most do not survive the transition from the founders to the next generation.
