Chico and Guapo are interns at a Mr. Angelo's recording studio. When they're not out on adventures, they provide Beavis and Butt-Head-style commentary on real TV shows while channel surfing in Mr. Angelo's office. The TV footage that they comment on ranges from MTV staples like Newlyweds and Laguna Beach to cable access TV and network news. With Chico and Guapo holding the remote, nothing is sacred - not even homegrown talent.

Chico and Guapo are surprised when they learn that Ozzy Osbourne’s older brother, Fozzy, has been living inside of their studio’s walls for the past thirty years. Later, a series of events causes the two of them to believe that they are video game characters, which causes them to get into all sorts of odd predicaments.
