The cameras follow some of the country’s most extraordinary job seekers as they attempt to prove that having a nuerological condition, such as Tourette’s or autism, shouldn’t make them unemployable.

Ellie led a normal life until a couple of years ago when she started yelling 'marshmallow' in a supermarket. At 21, she developed full-blown Tourette’s and had to give up her job as a youth worker because she can’t control the words that come out of her mouth.
Tom suffers with an extreme form of Tourette’s Syndrome and the pressures of the condition meant he has struggled through school and dropped out of university. He has found it impossible to find a career he can succeed in.
