The event features 43 of the world’s top poker players who each paid an entry fee of $500,000 to create a prize pool of more than $21 million. Payouts went to the top seven finishers, with the champion receiving a whopping $7,525,000.
In fact, the top six finishers all grabbed a million-dollar payday. The only in-the-money player not to win seven figures was 7th place, who had to settle for $860,000--a profit of “only” $360,000. (Source: Poker Central)
