With Booker no longer employed at Wellman's, a new boss, Mr. Faber, takes over and has high quotas that Roseanne and the crew cannot meet. Roseanne tries to reason with Mr. Faber, but he's such a leech, that nothing seems to be working. After Faber humilates her in the lunchroom, Roseanne takes a stand by walking out on the job...followed by Jackie, Vonda, Crystal, Sylvia and Juanita.
