Three mysterious strangers arrive in Push, and seem very interested in the Versailles Casino theft.
Jim tries to get the local law enforcement to investigate a couple of murders, but he quickly suspects the sheriff and his deputy are not the honest officers they originally seemed to be, so Jim begins his own investigations.
He also finds himself in an odd arrangement with a tattoo artist, while Mary appears to be trying to recover the stolen money.
