Murphy Brown has returned to FYI from the Betty Ford rehab facility. Upon her return, Murphy has to adjust to the changes that the show when through while she was away: a new anchor, who resembles a beauty queen, and a new, young executive producer. While dealing with the changes, Murphy begins to think that she lost the edge she had before going into rehab.
