Alex and Ray Zelli are ready for a change! They currently rent a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with Alex's teenage daughter and three dogs. The apartment lets in a lot of light through a nice window in the living room, but the Zellis have to sacrifice their privacy to enjoy it. While the kitchen is larger than most, Ray's office is currently jammed into a closet. Most of all, they are tired of renting and are ready to buy their very first place. They hope to find something with more space and an extra bedroom. Alex thinks the third bedroom should be used as a guest room, while Ray wants it to be an office. Although they don't agree on the extra bedroom, they are in sync regarding the rest of the specs that their new home should have. That will be helpful for real estate agent Gina Covello.
