$10 Bets - At the debate for mayor, Ed bets Mike to go up to a stranger and call him "Mommy". It turns out that Mike knows the man.

Letterman Reference - The voice of the announcer at the Festival of Ducks is Alan Kalter, the "Late Show" announcer.

Where's Phil? - Phil makes himself the "bowling sensei" to Kevin Schwarz, a young prodigy bowler. Phil renames him "Shazzam Jacobsen", makes him get to the alley at 5am every morning, and gives him "smart drinks" (grape soda). There's only one problem . . . Phil can't bowl.
