Stroker and Hoop have been hired to bodyguard MC Homicidal Rapist at a party being thrown at his mansion. During the party some men wearing masks of former presidents break into MC Homicidal Rapist’s room, assault him, and steal his home videos. Stroker and Hoop are given a deadline of 24 hours to reclaim the tapes before MC Homicidal Rapist has them killed.
