Objectively the pilot was good. It was a great way of re-introducing the knight rider series to a new generation. It covered all the basics. KITT's invunerabilities, his computer abilities and such. It also introduced a real weakness to the series. KITT is hackable if you have his specs. It also made the connection to the the older series from '82. Now that I have the objective part over. OMFG WFT!!!!! I LOVED IT!! Okay okay I am a geek, so what. I loved the pilot episode. The only thing i would change would be to have Michael Knight drive away in the old KITT. That would have been so cool. of course it could have been really corny or cheesy too (depending on your taste) But it would have been soo sweet. The first thing I did after it was over ( besides saving the whole thing on my DVR was to go online and try to find some info about more episodes. Much to my dismay I coundn't find a single damn thing. I shall have to continue looking. If it is out there for me to find I will find it. Hmmm maybe something on IMDB.com . I would highly reccomend this pilot to anyone. I just wish they would release the old series on DVD.
