For those of you who read my blog from the 13th of this month, you'll remember that I was gearing up for the Chinese New Year. Well it came and went without much of a hitch. This yeah was quieter than most since it was just Hou Qing, her mother, and myself who were at her parents home. Most days we were alone, which was not only quiet, but also peaceful.

A Quick In and Out |

Back home after a week living at my in-laws, and I'm off again. Tomorrow at the crack of dawn we're off to Qufu, the hometown of Confucius. I am determined not to be my usual charming self – i.e. complain a lot – and try to just go with the flow and enjoy it. I'll take a couple of pics and show y'all when I get back.
