» Brushing Up With Actor Grant Shaud
Pretty cool! I was trying to place a guest star I saw in a recent “Law & Order” episode “Misbegotten (18x03),” and realized he was the guy from the show “Murphy Brown;” Grant Shaud (Miles Silverberg).

Strange thing is he went to my High School and was one year behind me (Conestoga SHS in PA.). Although I never noticed him, a fellow classmate told me about the fact after Grant became a star.

Yep, his picture is right there in my Senior Year Book as a Junior

Nine degrees of separation? I guess.

I am likely one of the few people here that watched Murphy Brown (and liked it). Grant/Miles was the best part of the series. It pisses me off that they are not releasing any more MB sets on dvd. The first four or five seasons were great....although a bit dated since they are broadcast from G. Bush Sr. years in office. So, some of the jokes maybe meaningless for those who didn't live during this period.

PS. Nice to see you around again Steve

I always thought that Grant Shaud and Mike Lupica from ESPN were one and the same. I've never seen the two of them together.

Well Chris, life has been like a rollercoaster as of late. Things seemed bad during the good times, and now things seem better during the bad times. Strange how that is

The closer I get to the end, the better life feels.
