Lauren Cohan is an American actress of British descent and was born on November 30, 1982 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Cohan's first taste of TV fame was as the much maligned by fans Bela Talbot on the third season of Supernatural. Complaints were less about her performance, and more about the poor way in which the character was written. Recently, she's found a much more popular character as farm girl Maggie Greene on The Walking Dead, a role that will be promoted to series regular next season. Other notable TV stints include playing Rose on The Vampire Diaries and Vivian Volkoff on Chuck.
