played Lieutenant/Captain Kara 'Starbuck' Thrace in Battlestar Galactica
Captain Kara Thrace is Battlestar Galactica's best Viper pilot. Her skills and strategic mind are lauded by her commanding officers, and she was once promoted to CAG on Pegasus. She has a very close relationship with Commander Lee Adama and Admiral Bill Adama, but a difficult one with Colonel Tigh. She's a bit of a rogue, sometimes disregarding orders and inspiring others to do so, and she's rough on her subordinates.
On several occasions Cylons have treated Starbuck preferentially, and, as Boomer said, they believe she is "special." |
