Mr.Lancer is the English teacher of Danny and is out of shape, Danny thinks he's annoying. He always gives them detention. He is mean and weird. He used to be a male cheerleader.

Bio: Jax-Ur was the High General of planetary defenses on Krypton until his power-hungry corrupted mind led him to use his army in an attempt to assume leadership on Krypton. However, Jor-El knew about his plan, and managed to stop him. The Council sentenced him to life in the Phantom Zone.

Years later, Superman freed Jax-Ur’s second in command, Mala, convinced that she had been used by his commander. However, after Mala showed her true colors, she stole the Phantom Projector from S.T.A.R. Labs and set Jax-Ur free. Together, they tried to proclaim themselves as Earth’s leaders, but first they had to take Superman out of their way. Since their powers couldn’t measure up to Superman’s, they kidnapped Lois and used her as bait so that they could entrap Superman on the Phantom Zone; and so they succeeded. However, unbeknownst to them, Professor Hamilton had built another Phantom Zone projector and luckily got around in bringing Superman back. In a climatic confrontation, Superman ambushed both Kryptonian criminals and sent them back to the Phantom Zone.
