Weekly Fang Girls: Allyson & Kelly’s ‘The Vampire Diaries’ Bite

Hello, and welcome, to our suck-ulent weekly feature surrounding one of our favorite vamp-tastic shows: ‘The Vampire Diaries’! We can’t get enough of vampire shows involving insanely attractive people, and can you really blame us?

So, if you’re a ‘TVD’ fan and are obsessed with the bloody good show, then be sure to join us weekly, where we’ll not only provide a roundup of every episode, but also break down what each Mystic Falls character is up to that week. Like, why can’t Jeremy be shirtless in every episode? Or, are all vampires/werewolves/hybrids/witches beautiful creatures?

Sit back, relax, and get your vervaine and blood bags ready for our weekly ‘TVD’ installment. Warning: spoilers follow, so if you have yet to tune into this week’s episode, "The Devil Inside," get running like a vampire’s hunting you.

Elena/Katherine:

-Major props to Nina Dobrev (again) for managing to pull off playing two separate characters in sharing the same body. And their impressions of each other? Spot on and absolutely hilarious. Kudos!
-How heartbreaking was it to see Elena fling herself into Damon's arms moments before Katherine's ritual was completed? Seriously, so sad. But this can't be a permanent goodbye to Elena, right? I mean, there's got to be some loophole that allotters her to come back. Right?….RIGHT?
-Ugh, of course Katherine wants Stefan back. Because that's not going to make things even more complicated. Hello again, love triangle!
-I definitely laughed out loud when Katherine grew increasingly more annoyed with Stefan for not being devastated by her death. Sorry love, but there are consequences to being insanely (and by that I mean amazingly) evil.

Damon:

-Damon's hate for Katherine carried over to this episode, and now that she's "dead," Damon couldn't be happier, especially now that she's buried "where she was always meant to be." Too bad she's taken over Elena's body, dumped himas Elena, and now Damon is back to being a so-called single and ready to mingle "monster." Who doesn't love angry, vampire slaying Damon?
-Did anyone else's heart break when Elena/Katherine broke up with Damon? I mean, he basically opened up his soul to her by saying: "you're literally the best person I've ever known" and "I need a little good in my life." All I'm saying is, Damon, I'll be the good in your life.
-It's official: the Damon/Enzo bromance is in full swing! After snapping Enzo's neck, not only did Damon lend Enzo his laying in the middle of the road trick, but the two also collaborated in killing Aaron. I have a feeling these two are going to get into a lot of "bloody" trouble, and I kinda like it. More Enzo means more accent!

Stefan:

-First, we need more Caroline and Stefan scenes! These two have the best chemistry, even if they are just good friends. He didn't even judge her for sleeping with Klaus. That's what I call a true BFF. Also, the two of them "babysitting" Damon? Yeah, I want to hang out and chat with these two...maybe over a few blood bags and glasses of vervain?
-Stefan punched Tyler, and told him off for being a jerk to Caroline: "Drunk or not, she doesn't deserve that." That is all.
-I don't know how Stefan continues to root for his ex-girlfriend and brother to be together. For someone who drinks blood for survival and carries the nickname "the ripper," he is one good man.

Matt:

-Matt giving Katherine a crash course about Elena was both precious and somewhat sad. He obviously still cares about his ex so much. The dress isn’t Elena, but the shoes are. Ha! He’s impressively attentive. (Hey, remember when they used to date a million years ago? Crazy!) Let's get Rebekah back here and give this guy a proper love story.
-Speaking of which, why does Matt not have a bigger part to play in this series as a whole? Zach Roerig is definitely being underused.
-I am ALL for this road trip with Tyler. Bring on the bromance!

Caroline:

-Caroline stress cleaning is pretty adorable. What am I saying? Pretty much everything Caroline does is adorable, but watching her try to cope with her previous romp with Klaus (still not over it, by the way) was a hilarious sight to behold. Isn't it time to take a trip to New Orleans?
-We all knew it was only a matter of time before everyone found out about Caroline and Klaus. And while she did seem somewhat ashamed about her actions, the word "regret" was never used. Just sayin.
-But as much as I love Caroline and Klaus, I can't deny the chemistry shared between her and Stefan. (Can't Caroline just date everyone on the show?) Seeing them joke around by the fireplace definitely ignited a few sparks.

Tyler:

-Who else wants more Drunk Tyler? Not only does he dish out the best nicknames, like "Captain Responsible" for Matt, but the alcohol makes him cry, which means we get some fabulous Matt and Tyler bromance scenes. If they go on a road trip, I'm joining.
-I think it's safe to say Tyler didn't have the best time at his welcome home party. It's not really a great party favor to learn that your ex, who you're still in love with, slept with the hybrid who killed thousands of people, including your mom.
-Tyler yelling at Caroline, and telling her, "I walked out last time. Now it's your turn"? Talk about an "ouch!" moment. I don't think these two will be having make-up sex anytime soon.
-Oh, in case you were wondering, Drunk Tyler informed us that he has a big ass house.

Enzo:

-I don't know about you guys, but I was thrilled to see Enzo back in the picture. This guy is great. What's even better? The fact that he and Damon are teaming up to be equal partners in the Bad Vamps Club (it's a club I just made up and immediately want to join).
-I could not be more excited about this Enzo-Damon dynamic that has started. Like Enzo learning Damon's signature "play dead" move. The true makings of any solid friendship.
