It looks like Elisabeth Rohm is gearing up to bring a little law and order to The CW. Entertainment Weekly reports that the actress — who is best known for her role as ADA Serena Southerlyn on 'Law & Order' — has just nabbed a four-episode guest arc on the network's hit drama 'Beauty and the Beast.'
So what exactly will she be up to? According to her character description, Rohm will play FBI agent Dana Maron who is "dedicated to cleaning up the FBI." But in order to do so, she must team up with Cat (Kristin Kreuk) to solve a series of investigations involving a batch of undercover operations. But all this digging comes with a price and ultimately results in the leading lady learning “more about her own past than she ever imagined.”
Suffice to say, it sounds like a beast of a storyline (sorry guys, I had to) that could really help propel the plot forward in new and exciting ways for the series. Now that's the kind of courtroom drama we can really get behind!
Since her 'Law & Order' days, Rohm has kept herself pretty busy, appearing in a series of movies and television shows. She most recently landed a recurring role on the just-cancelled 'Client List.'
Are you excited to see her back on the small screen? Sound off on your thoughts in the comments below! 'Beauty and the Beast' airs on Mondays at 9/8c on The CW.
