The night's programming offered a heart stopping climax on Glee and other shows that made for a good night of television. NCIS is the winner of the ratings game with 19.55 Million viewers, they brought in a lot of viewers to CBS. The CW continues to struggle to get the same ratings and it seems that they are going to have to recycle shows again. The ratings of Tuesday, February 21, 2012 are:
