THIS IS HAPPENING.
Matriarch of the Kardashian family Kris Jenner has officially wrapped a deal to launch her own daytime talk show. The show, "Kris", will air on Fox-owned stations as part of the deal with Twentieth Television.
"Whether offering real advice to her family or sharing personal moments with viewers, Kris is honest, compelling, entertaining, and unscripted – all excellent qualities for a daytime talk show host," said Stephen Brown, EVP of Development & Programming, Twentieth TV, and hater of humanity.
The show will feature a mix of celebrity guests, fashion and beauty trends, and the usual daytime talk fare. It will launch with a test run of six one-hour episodes that will start airing this summer. Frank Cicha, SVP of Programming, Fox Television Stations, said, "Wouldn’t be summer without at least one test, would it? In all seriousness, we go into this believing that if it works, the Kris Jenner program could really compliment what we’ve got going with Wendy, Bethenny, etc."
"This is something I have wanted to do all my life, so it's definitely a dream come true!" Jenner said in the series announcement. "I can't wait for this new adventure to begin and look forward to working alongside Twentieth Television and the Fox Television Stations."
I have a headache. Look, let's all just... let's just try to make the best of this.
