The night offered the series premiere of The River and picked up only 6.8 Million compared to the 11 Million that “Smash” picked up last night. However, not all was doom and gloom for the TV night. NCIS scored big with 20 Million viewers. Needless to say, that it was a good night for CBS. The ratings for Tuesday, February 7, 2012 are:
