Love is in the air.
Ashley Hebert became the second 'Bachelor/Bachelorette' star to seal the deal as she married her man J.P. Rosenbaum Saturday in Pasadena, California. Two weddings in 10 years is a pretty crap percentage isn't it?
The ceremony was officiated by the series' host, Chris Harrison. Two-hundred of the couple's closest friends , family and moochers were in attendance, as well as members of the extended 'Bachelor' family. I know that you are sitting at your computer, furious that you were left off the guest list and feeling betrayed. I have been there and understand your frustrations. Good news though - the ceremony will air during a special two-hour TV event on ABC on Sunday, December 16 at 9 p.m. Past 'Bachelorettes' Emily Maynard, Ali Fedotowsky and Jillian Harris will be part of the broadcast, as will uncoming 'Bachelor' Sean Lowe.
The special, 'The Bachelorette: Ashley and J.P.’s Wedding,' will follow the lovebirds as they prepare for the big day. For those of you who cannot wait two weeks, here are some details.
* Hebert walked down the aisle to the Elvis Presley song "I Can't Help Falling in Love With You."
* They married under a chuppah, the traditional Jewish wedding canopy.
* Her bridesmaids wore light pink.
* Ashley Spivey, who competed with Hebert for Brad Womack on the 15th season of the 'Bachlor,' was a bridesmaid.
