Casey Wilson cast on ABC comedy pilot Hail Mary

ABC has cast Casey Wilson to star on comedy pilot Hail Mary.

The comedy follows a small-town mayor called Mary Wolf who has dysfunctional brothers and sisters, a dying father, fed up citizens, a nearly bankrupt town and the mafia constanty breathing down her neck. She ends up faking a miracle as that is the only thing that can help save her.

Brian Gallivan will write the show and Casey Wilson will play Mary. The show is an adaptation of the Austrian series Braunschlag.
