Days of Our Lives star Alison Sweeney joins General Hospital

Alison Sweeney who played Sami Brady on Days Of Our Lives for the last twenty one years before leaving recently has signed up to rival show General Hospital. The fans of Days Of Our Lives though shouldn’t feel to bad though as Alison isn’t joining the cast of the rival show as she has been employed to work behind the scenes as a director.

Alison has also revealed that she will be back for special episodes of Days Of Our Lives, including the 50^thanniversary celebration planned for next year.
