Eden visits Ethos Kitchen in Orlando, Fla. where she is transformed by internet sensation Vegan Black Metal Chef and his vegan rendition of crab cakes. Next she chows down in Houston, TX with online pit maker David Klose who has taken barbeque nuclear with his homemade smokers. Finally, Eden dances up a sugar storm with the Broadway showgirls turned bloggers of Just Desserts at Sugar & Plumm in Manhattan.
