This is the Zombie TV show I have been waiting for, TWD bored me to tears from the 2nd half of season one onwards (I give tv shows more than half an episode unlike some reviewers here). It is a very refreshing take on the Zombie genre and as we're only 3 episodes in it has already inspired me to go out and pick up the books, well, a couple of them anyway. The acting is as good as you can expect or at least I have no negatives to point out yet, I can say the same for the direction, the dialogue and the storyline. I'm hooked and so is my partner, fingers crossed in hope this is one they don't cancel early. Review posted on Friday, April 3rd 2015 at 6:37 am |

From the description, I didn't think I would like this show, but it is just so much fun! I needed an off the wall comedy show like this one, makes my day :) Review posted on Tuesday, April 7th 2015 at 2:09 pm |

Granted, I only saw half of the Pilot episode (I just coulden't watch anymore) But this horrible show is going to get canned after the first season no matter what... The plus sides: The acting: It was not all that bad, actually only the characters that where in this episode only was horrendous. The rest of the cast was not half bad, I liked the main girl, ( I haven't really seen her in much other than this, but I know she played Tink on OUaT) she was entertaining to watch and had good chemistry with the other characters. The negative sides: The direction: It was really shitty directed, it was like if the show had a great script and the director just said "FUCK IT, I'm gonna do my own thing" and he just took a massive dump on that entire script and only took the parts that where not covered in shit. Someone has to remind him, when you do that, the rest still smells like shit. The "jokes" It was not funny at all, I did not laugh ONCE, Now maybe thats just me being desensitized by all the non-humorous crap that has come out lately, but damn man... If you read some of my other reviews I am not what you would call a "glass is half full" kinda person, I may in some cases be very pessimistic, but 2.5 minutes of back-story is just not enough for character development, maybe they are going to throw that in there later in the show, I don't know, and I won't find out, because I have stopped watching this "show". But overall I give this a 4 / 10, a shitty execution of an already overdrawn subject. But thats enough of me ranting, Do you think I am wrong? Do you already hate me? (probably) If you dislike any of the things I have written in this review (or in any other review) or maybe you just want to write me some nasty letters. Message me right here on this site, My user name is: jimmider please tell me why I am wrong. Or if you, (like me) hate the message system on TVRage, you can write me mean stuff on Twitter (please DON'T follow me on Twitter, because I rarely post things on there, and I can't stand the attention whorishness of Twitter sluts) but it's a great medium for hating, and other "small message shit". Combine Brian Fuller's "Dead Like Me" and "Pushing Daisies" together with the current zombie trend and you have iZombie. It may be so-so if you don't know how well the Fuller shows were. Review posted on Wednesday, March 18th 2015 at 1:42 am |

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah = All The Walking Dead and Romero Fans probably shouted from the rooftops in disdain by now… The more I watch iZOMBIE the more I am getting into it, and can finely have a laugh or two while watching a Zombie show!! It’s a Refreshing twist / kick in the pants from all the Doom-n-Gloom other takes on what may very well be Human-Kinds Future! AND - The male Zombies’ are getting better looking - - Can’t wait for a Three or Four Way that’s gotta be in the Plot somewhere! Review posted on Friday, April 3rd 2015 at 5:46 am |
