It depends on who submitted it to youtube.com. If it was the show’s creators, or someone else who owns it, then it’s legal. If it was a fan, then it’s illegal. Although the laws vary from country to country. |

Yes it is because even though you are not hosting it on your own site you dont own the rights to it or have permission from the network. |
