This is already a news item in the "news feed", but it's very important so I figured I'd post it here too.
A new survey has been created in which you all can "rate" TVRage. We ask everyone to please take 5 or 10 minutes to give us input so we can move the site further in the right direction, and fix some long term issues we've been having. Any input through the survey is greatly valued, the more detailed the better. It can be found here.
Thanks in advance! |

Just thought I'd mention that in the field "Please rate the website on the following features: (1 = Poor, 5 = Great)"
The ratings are 1, 2, 2, 4, 5
Might wanna change that |

I pressed submit twice and each time it sent me back to the survey. Finally I just navigated away - I hope mine didn't get lost. |

Same thing happened to me. It means you forgot to check something off. There's a chance you might have lost your survey, unfortunately, by navigating away.
Speaking of this, if you forget to check off a box, the survey seems only put a reminder near the box you forgot to check off, making it kind of redundant. I had to hit the submit button a few times before I scrolled down slowly and realized what I'd done wrong.
To make things more convenient, perhaps we could add a reminder (basically just a "Whoops! You forgot to check a box" message )to the top of the page if the user makes a mistake, instead of next to the spot where the user made the mistake. I think the way it is working right now might confuse people (who forget to check off certain boxes) as to why their survey isn't going through.
Just a suggestion, hope it helps |

Every time you don't take the survey, a kitten dies.
Think of the kittens...
