I want to know what movie is the best movie about love that makes you cry? I know there's a lot of cheesy romantic movies that not only doesn't make you cry, it makes you laugh. If you guys have to pic one movie about love that is also a tear jerker, what will it be?

LMAO Andrew
I'd say being a chick who used to regularly watch chick flicks, probably Somewhere In Time. Christopher Reeve starving himself and finally meeting Jane Seymour is just too dang good to hold back. |

I am really very fond of romantic and emotional movies. And about the most romantic movie that makes me cry is the VICTORIA TIEGERT. The emotional release of the tears flooding down my face was the cleansing of my soul.Really the movie is memorable. |

Ladyhawke does it to me every time.
Yeah, it's old, and very 80's cheesy even though it's supposed to be set during the Gothic period in France. BUT... the idea that 2 people so in love could be together always yet never touch in their human forms is so agonizing to imagine. The moment where the dawn breaks and they almost are able to touch for a split second before the sunlight turns Michelle Pfeifer's character into a hawk, and Rutger Hauer's character howls out in agony makes my eyes leak every time I see it. |
