Cesar struggles with two dog park disasters. His first case concerns a French bulldog named Bella and her harried owner, Katherine. Katherine has been taking Bella to a French bulldog meet-up group started by her friend Jennifer. But the first day Katherine brought Bella to the group, Bella attacked both of Jennifer’s dogs and showed aggression toward any other pooch that came near Katherine.
