Love the show. Read all the books in the series and still enjoy the show. The writing and acting are good, better than Series 1 - cudoos. Here's the deal: my ears hurt from the booming music and screaming special effects that drowned out the dialogue. If I turned the sound down, the dialogue was also turned down and I couldn't catch the words. I'm serious, my ears really hurt. If the producers, who obviously have hearing loss, continue to ruin the show with the noise, then I can no longer just watch the show, because I believe the dialogue is important too. I can't be the only one who reacted to episode Season 2 Episode 2 this way Review posted on Sunday, April 12th 2015 at 7:11 pm |

I usually expect shows from the north to compensate for the lesser budget with some better acting and a bit smarter than the US. However this is not the case with "Bitten". The holes in the script are ridiculous and the setup very very poor. I will not even go into the dialog cause that was painful. Pity cause the plot and the story was very interesting. I use a 3 episode trial, to decide which new shows are worthy of my time. After the third episode of 'Bitten', I wasn't sure if I would keep watching. I felt this way all the way through the 7th episode. At this point, I've invested so much time, I may as well see it til the end. It's not a bad show, obviously, or I wouldn't still be watching. But it really hasn't done anything to hook me yet either. There's a bit too much drama, not enough action and the tension between Clay and Elena is tiresome. Even with the CGI of the wolves being very poor, there's not enough wolf scenes. I've always enjoyed Canadian shows, 'The Border', 'XIII' and 'Regenesis' are 3 of my all-time favorites. In comparison to these shows, 'Bitten' is no where close. Review posted on Thursday, February 27th 2014 at 3:41 pm |

As someone who has read the entire "Otherworld" serie, I am extremely pleased with how Bitten is evolving. I also hope, that it will continue in this way, for as long as possible. It is thrilling, capivating and makes you think about how events might develope.
