  Arthur and Phil...Rating: 0 likes, 1 dislikesGreat comedy "documentaries", where Arthur and Phil go off to Boulogne, Loch Ness, the M1 and Marbella to enlighten us about the culture, cuisine, language of the area. They also endeavoured to confuse the locals by starting rumours such as the re route of the M1 through a rural village. The few episodes that were aired were watched again and again by my friends and I until the tape wore out, never to be seen again.
