In November 1944 five resistance fighters attempt against the Nazi regime on a plane to go to Poland. The group is led by the German Communists and Soviet agents Boris Georg. Also on board are also overflowed the German captain Ernst, the former Hitler Youth and the Polish partisan Heiner Janik. The men are to be found in the Order of the Soviet secret "Archives of death" that the German have invested in a mine in occupied Poland. SS colonel and his sidekick, Hauk Beisel try to prevent this by all means. The aircraft is fired upon the scouts, the men have to bail out over unknown territory and are separated from each other.
