Appraise It! takes place at Butterfields auction house in San Francisco (SoMa Gallery) and Los Angeles (Sunset Gallery), where pedestrians can learn the value of attic and flea-market treasures. Episodes include how to tell an authentic piece from a reproduction; the "appraisal game," where viewers guess the worth of a given piece; and tips on antique care.
