Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai

A group of childhood friends who drifted apart after their other friend Meiko Honma died, are years later contacted by their former leader Jinta Yadomi, who reveals that he is suddenly able to see and talk to the ghost of Meiko, who wants them to fulfill a forgotten wish made by her before her death.
