Charity Locks of Luv are asking Southwest staffers to give ten inches of their hair for sick children, and Colleen has volunteered. It's a big day over at BWI, the latest addition to the fleet is unveiled with a spectacular fly-by of Maryland One. Airline founder Herb Kelleher in attendance. Up in the terminal, it's business as usual for Gate Agent Dave, who has to explain the oversell rule to some very disgruntled passengers. And, Nicholas is on the hunt for Sally, a missing elderly passenger, who is nowhere to be found in the airport. When Nicholas discovers she has Alzheimer's and is diabetic, it's time to bring in the cops. It's a bachelor party extravaganza for John and his friends, as they head to Vegas for some serious skydiving.
