Starring Hollywood legend Robert Mitchum
In African Skies, Catherine Bach is Margo Dutton, a savvy executive at a multinational corporation run by her father-in-law Sam Dutton, played by motion picture legend Robert Mitchum.
After her husband's death, Margo is appointed to head the company's African operations and relocates to Africa with her 16-year-old son Rory. Often at odds with her father-in-laws more traditional approach to business, Margo soon becomes personally involved in the clash of nature and technology in Africa.
In addition to her attempts to find a balance between her companys growth and the preservation of the region, Margo also faces the new challenges of single-parenting: she must help her teenage son face the difficulties of adolescence in a new context and different culture. Together with their trusty, Africa-wise ranch manager, mother and son experience an unforgettable series of adventures.
Shot on location in Canada and South Africa, African Skies conveys the fascination of the African continent in settings of eye-filling beauty and in many scenes with exotic animals.
