Adventures Of A Jungle Boy

The Adventures Of A Jungle Boy was an Action/Adventure show about a boy who is orphaned in the jungles of Africa after his family is killed in a plane crash. He survives with the help of a medical researcher and his pet big cat named Cheetah.

Rumuruti game reserve in Kenya—where the animal scenes for the successful color film King Solomon's Mines were shot—provides the jungle setting of The Adventures of Jungle Boy.

Jungle Boy, a teenage version of Tarzan, is played by Michael Carr Hartley. Michael is a "natural" for the role. He is the son of the noted naturalist and animal handler, Carr Hartley.
