A turn-of-the-century gentleman adventurer is frozen in a block of ice by his arch-enemy in 1902 and thawed out in the middle of the swinging sixties in London, where he uses his many talents to fight crime with the aid of a young woman named Georgina Jones, and his manservant William E. Simms.
