After the death of his son Noah, Aaron Miller (a thoughtful Amish man) moves his family west to California. The death of Noah has left his girlfriend Susannah alone, and pregnant with his child. She must also care for the Vineyard, which is no easy task. Aaron must step in and do things the Amish way.
