Episode Summary

After multiple cases of murder where the victim has been a recently released prisoner, Walker and Trivette look into the cases. They follow a trail eventually leading them to a small town police force who is taking their version of justice into their own hands. Unsure of how to prove their involvement, things get even tougher for Walker when a friend of his is murdered by the killers. Putting the pieces together, it's up to Walker to stop the killers before they get their next innocent victim.
