When C.D. is run down by some members of a Mexican gang looking to collect "protection" money, it makes the case personal for Walker. He gets thrown into a full on war when a young boy from his karate gym joins up in an opposing gang to avenge the shooting of his older brother, a former student of Walker's who has escaped the gangs.
