It's Halloween and Betty is in for a series of frightful experiences, ranging from showing up dressed for the Mode costume contest . . . only to learn there isnt one, to dealing with her growing attraction to Henry -- while a jealous Walter fumes -- and, worst of all, tracking down a watch Daniel left at one of his many girlfriends apartments. Meanwhile, Daniel pays a visit to his mom in rehab, and Wilhelmina is horrified to learn that she can't fit into a designer gown.

Episode Quotes |
| |
Wilhelmina: I can’t deny it anymore... it’s happened; I’ve become a woman of a certain age. | Wilhelmina: I can’t compete anymore with the bevy of 22 year old gym bodies. You starve yourself, you pull yourself, you inject yourself, you think your safe, but they keep coming to the door younger and younger like a hail of bullets until down you go. Why is it such a crime to age in this business?
Christina: It’s true! It started because women are so punitive.
Wilhelmina: And who’s fault is that. I set the standards. Lifetime achievement award, there’s my achievement; it bit me in the ass, and the hips. Serves me right, huh? | Christina: Flit! It's what butterflies do.
Betty: Oh. I thought you were cursing at me in Scottish. | Marc: (Dressed as Betty) Hola! Happy Halloween!
Amanda: HAHAHAHA!!!
Wilhelmina: Marc! That is the absolute cruelest thing I've ever seen! (pause) Someone's getting a raise. | Wilhelmina: Ow! Ow!
Christina: Sorry.
Wilhelmina: What are you doing back there? Did you screw up the zipper?!
Christina: The zipper is not the problem, the lack of pulley and several burley men, that’s the problem! | Justin: (dressed as a sailor) Happy Holloweeeen! Guess who I am?
Ignacio: Why you’re a proud member of America’s proud Navy sir. (salutes)
Justin: Noo! I’m Gene Kelly from "On the Town".
Hilda: Well let’s just tell them at school that you’re a sailor, okay?
Justin: Fine! But I'm a sailor that can sing and tap.(begins to sing and tap)
Mr. Suarez: Better hope he can sing, tap and throw a punch. |
