Episode Summary

Grad school buddies Jay, Tyler and Will set out for a road trip after spending most of their last two years together. However, their relationships are tested when Jay and Tyler become the prime suspects in a terrorist bombing in New York City. After looking into the incident more, Jay and Tyler learn that Will may not have been the person they thought he was.

Jay: It is over. Do you hear what they're saying about us? Enemy combatants. If we go into the police now they'll send us straight to Guantanamo Bay.

Jay mentions being sent to the U.S. military installation at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where both confirmed and suspected terrorists are held and interrogated under suspect means. However, since both he and Tyler are U.S. citizens, they would likely be held in a facility on the mainland since the facility at Guantanamo Bay is used only for suspected non-citizens of the U.S.
