| Professor Impossible and his family are thinly veiled spoofs of Marvel Comics first family, the Fantastic Four. | This episode features an appearance by Brock's mentor and hero, Race Bannon. Race is better known as the bodyguard of another scientist and adventurer Dr Quest and his son Johnny from the 60's cartoon series "Johnny Quest" which "The Venture Brothers" parodies. |
