| Heavy Handed, Predictable -- 5 of 10

The basic theme is typical TZ, and, in an earlier era, the way everything works out might well have been acceptable, but standards and expectations for writing, plotting, and so on nowadays are generally notably higher than they were for the original TZ.
With this episode, the racism issue is handled so leadenly, so one-sidedly, and, in the end, predictably, that the episode suffers severely. On a scale of 1 to 10, this episode is no better than "five", and all of that is based on the general competence of execution outside of the writing.
