Dutch and Claudette convince Monica to make them primaries on the case. They interrogate Gideon, the man who was supposedly coming to rape the 911 caller, but discover he was never in the area. Then they bring in Roger, a mentally ill homeless man who saw the missing officers before they disappeared. But getting information from Roger is next to impossible – he will only tell them what he knows once he is sworn in and gets his own badge. Dutch listens to Roger's riddles and repeated references to the officers getting 'dragged down,' and discovers a manhole near the house where they disappeared. In the manhole, he discovers blood and a necklace with the initials JP. Vic, Monica, David, and several unis finally find the officers stabbed to death in a seized house. Monica's suspicion of Antwon's involvement in the murders is confirmed and she considers this a message against her seizure policy. She sends units out to pick up Antwon and bring him to the Barn for interrogation.

Episode Quotes

Monica: Anything?
Danny: Canvased the whole area, there's nothing.
Monica: Ohh shit.
Julien: Went knocking, half the people weren't answering their door, the other half were sleeping.
Monica: Let me use your radio. (Danny hands her the radio) Staff, Nine-Tango, I'm Code 6 on Alexanderia Circle. Be advised, we have two officers unaccounted for, requesting Attack Alert. All watches will be held over.
Operator: Copy that.
Julien: We should notify the families.
(Monica looks around the street in a worried panic.)

Roger: May I see a badge number? (Dutch shows him his, he fake writes it down on the table without a pencil.)
Claudette: Did you see the officers come out of the building?
Roger: I'm going to need one of those, (Pointing to the badge) before I can be debriefed int he catagory.
Claudette: Civilians don't have badges.
Roger: When I get my badge, all things will be made known. Peace officer, to peace officer. (Motioning back and forth)

Episode Goofs

How did David manage to get a hold of a radio? The uniform is understandable even without the rank, since David probably had to turn them in when he left the force for his new job. But are we to assume he held onto a radio?

When the officers attack the small shop and bust the door open, check out the time it takes for the door to shut to the officver to break the glass. The footage of the door closing hasd been sped up, followed bya jump cut to the officer holding his stick. Bad editing.
