Dwight: Have you seen her painting, Jim? The building? There are shadows coming from two different directions.
The painting created by Pam that Dwight is mocking was first seen in episode 3x16, "Business School." At Pam's art show Michael liked the painting of the Dunder Mifflin office building so much, he bought it and hung it in the office.
